Concealer!
There are tricks to the trade when it comes to creating a full lip look. Follow these simple tips to plump up lips:
• Apply concealer, such as LUXIVA® Creamy Concealer, over the lip line. Then, fill the entire lip with concealer to create a neutral, blank canvas.
• Trace lip liner, such as Sheer Lip Liner, just outside the newly concealed lip line. Then, fill in the lips with a natural to medium shade of lip color.
• To add dimension and give a clean line to the lips, trace a lighter shade of concealer just outside the lip line.
Dab lip gloss, such as Ultra Lip Shine, in the center of the lips.
